US Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) is spinning like a top, trying to rationalize his blanket condemnation of his constituents and Western Pennsylvanians as being "racists." Here, in comments broadcast on local PA station WTAE (Johnstown), Murtha tries to "clarify" his prior remarks by saying, in essence, "Well, they're not ALL racists." But of course, explains Murtha, its why Hillary won in the PA primary: Them dern ol' Pennsylvanian racists just won't vote for the poor black guy . . .
